What is the process for building my website?
  1. Choose a Mood Template that best suits your business style and client demographics. Templates are customizable, you can make changes if you like. 
  2. Choose Your Pages that you would like to include on your site. Some pages, such as Gallery & Reviews, can be combined onto one page upon request.
  3. Choose Your Features that you would like to include on your site. Don’t worry if you don’t currently have Online Booking. We can set you up with a simple free system, or we can recommend a more inclusive product.
  4. Check out our Custom Style Menu. Choose the styles you feel comfortable offering, or ones you’d like to learn! You will receive a detailed Style Guide PDF of any style from our Custom Style Menu that you have chosen to offer, including detailed lash mapping, guidelines and tips.
  5. Fill out the Get Started form. No payment is required at this time.
  6. Choose Your Photos from our huge library of over 300 choices! Photos can be used for headers, content accent, banner backgrounds, buttons and more. You will have the opportunity to send us any photos of your own that you would like to include later.
  7. We will reach out to you via email to get more details about your business within 24 hours.
  8. After a few days, look for an email with a link to view a demo of your home page!
  9. After you approve your site demo, we will collect a down payment of $399
  10. You can expect your website to be completed within a few days of down payment.
  11. Once your website is completed and approved by you, we will collect the remaining balance of $399.
  12. After your final payment, you will receive a detailed Style Guide PDF of any style from our Custom Style Menu that you have chosen to offer. You will also receive an email containing a Review Incentive guide, as well as Marketing Templates.
  13. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a process that begins with creating an SEO friendly site. Once your site is complete, it will be listed on all major and many minor search directories which may involve us setting a time with you where you will receive verification codes to your business phone.
  14. A maintenance fee will be charged to your account in the amount of $54 monthly, beginning 30 days after your final payment of $399.


How does the “Pay Later” credit option work?

Buy now. Pay over time.

Simply select PayPal Pay Later at checkout. No Interest if paid in full in 6 months. Subject to credit approval.

PayPal may approve this credit option for your both your deposit and final payment or one payment only. Maintenance fee is not eligible for Pay Later. View terms here.


Can I choose my domain name?

Yes! If the name you choose isn’t available, we can make similar suggestions. For instance, if you want www.lovelylashes.com and it is not available, you may have other options such as www.lovelylashes.studio, or www.lovelylashesbeauty.com.

What if I want to make changes to my website after it is complete?

No problem! Whether you need to update a special you’re running, add a new service or team member bio, or adjust wording, etc, we’ve got you covered. Maintenance includes one change per month for free, additional updates are $50 each.

What does the website maintenance fee cover?

Includes site and plugin updates and covers hosting, domain, and security costs.

Monthly updates (One content or design update per month included, extra updates $50 each) and troubleshooting.

Costs related to Search Engine Optimization labor.
